How do I reorder a custom kit?

If your reordering a previously produced custom kit with minimal changes like Name, Number, Number Color, Background Color and logo changes, you can order here

No application or design changes.  Your product will be made for the same bike make and model, design and design colors.

1. Enter the previous order number.

2. Select the products you need reprinted.

3. Note your changes.

4. Select proof (if desired)

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Answer: YES.You will receive an order confirmation number once your order is submitted. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Answer: You will receive another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.You will also be able to log-in to our website and track your order.

What are my payment options?

Answer: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal and Shop Pay.

Can FX ship to my address outside the US?

Answer: YES. We ship worldwide via USPS.

When should I expect my custom products to arrive?

Answer: All custom products take 3-7 working days to ship out.

Do you install custom backgrounds on plastic?

Answer: No, we do not. We do offer number plate plastic to purchase.

How can I get a sponsorship from Factory Effex?

Answer: You can apply on our Rider Sponsorship page. Depending on your riding level and social media presence, we will determine the level of sponsorship we can offer you.
