Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days to return any product. 

Please contact Factory Effex if you would like to return anything. You will need an RA number. This is not a guarantee of the return. A Factory Effex customer service representative will contact you upon receipt and approval of this return. Please do not return anything without contacting
Factory Effex first and receiving an RA number as it will be refused/returned.

All returned items may be subject to a restocking fee and some items may not be returnable if not returned in unsellable condition.  Apparel items must still have the hangtags attached, original packaging intact, and be in clean unworn condition. Graphic products must be returned in original flat packaging and not bent.  Other products must be returned in original box or packaging.  All custom products are not returnable.

Please include your Name, Order Number, reason for return and RA number. You will be issued an RA number to send the product back for review.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once customer service has reviewed and approved your return with in 1 day.

Shipping & Delivery

Our goal at Factory Effex is to get your custom products to you as soon as possible.

Free Shipping

We offer free 3-7 day ground shipping on orders over $99 for US customers only. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other discounts, specials or promotions. If you are a support sponsored rider, you do not qualify for free shipping.

Non-Custom Products

All non-custom product in-stock will ship out in 1-2 days from when the order is taken.

Custom Products

Due to artwork set-up and production times, all custom products take 3-7 working days to ship out. If you have ordered custom and non-custom products, they will all ship together within the 3-7 working day timeline.

If a proof is required, please add up to 3-6 working days.

Order cutoff time is 2pm PST.   If orders are received after 2pm, they will be considered part of the next day’s orders.
