Shipping policy

Our goal at Factory Effex is to get your products to you as soon as possible.

Free Shipping
We offer free 3-7 day ground shipping on orders over $99 for US customers only. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other discounts, specials or promotions. If you are a Hookit or MX Sponsor rider, you do not qualify for free shipping.

Non-Custom Products
All non-custom product in-stock will ship out in 1-2 days from when the order is taken.

Custom Products
Due to artwork set-up and production times, all custom products take 3-7 working days to ship out. If you have ordered custom and non-custom products, they will all ship together within the 3-7 working day timeline.
If a proof is required, please add up to 3-6 working days.
Order cutoff time is 2pm PST.   If orders are received after 2pm, they will be considered part of the next day’s orders.
For all international orders, please add 1 working day.  Please contact Factory Effex at (+1) 661-255-5611 for more information. Factory Effex is not responsible for any additional duties, tariffs, brokerage, storage or delivery surcharges incurred by customers outside the U.S. (I don’t think this is true? -cb)

Custom Proof Fees
Proofs will be emailed to the one that matches the order. This fee covers up to 2 proofs with 1 round of revisions after the 1st proof. After revisions are made, if the 2nd proof is declined and further changes are needed, there will be an additional $15 fee for the changes and a new proof. There is also a 50% cancellation fee on all custom product orders once the artwork has been started. If after sending a proof and there is no reply within 3 business days, we will assume artwork is approved and we will proceed with production and ship your order.
